Family Vision Centers
School Based Optometry Services
Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc is pleased to offer optometry services as part of our school-based health center program. Our participating districts are served by licensed optometrists to provide preventative vision services, such as comprehensive exams.
Our school-based optometry program is not designed to replace a vision home, but as an option for students with a financial or transportation barrier to receive vision services.
