Tara Buchanan, LCSW is currently a school-based therapist at Cumberland Family Medical Center. Tara is currently serving the students at Salem Elementary School in Russell County. Tara graduated from Campbellsville University with a master’s in social work in December 2017 and began working with CFMC in January 2018. Tara has worked in administrative roles throughout her employment and assisted in piloting the Targeted Case Management program by co-authoring the state approved training curriculum. Tara is a State Approved TCM trainer and has provided individual supervision for targeted case managers within the company.
