Kayla LaMure, LCSW provides clinical services through the Healthy Kids Clinic in the Barren County School system. Kayla earned her master’s in social work through WKU in 2016. In addition to providing clinical services, Kayla also has experience in grassroots advocacy and community organizing, providing disability services and academic accommodations in higher education, providing in home prevention services, supervised visitation services and parent education classes. While Kayla has experience providing services to all ages, she particularly enjoys working with elementary age children and their families. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, ADHD, school concerns and parent-child relationships. Kayla has training in Sandtray Therapy and loves to utilize this intervention with the children and families she works with. Kayla has been married for 6 years and has one son. Kayla and her family enjoy playing outside, doing arts and crafts and spending time together.
