Areas of Expertise
Jessica has knowledge and experience providing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The treatment approach and techniques utilized in therapy depend on the diagnoses and treatment needs of the client, as well as the clinician’s therapeutic knowledge and skills.
College/Medical School
Jessica earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in 2011 from the University of Kentucky College of Social Work. Prior to that she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Kentucky.
